Smokin' Bones Menu
We believe the customer likes to see the meat being prepared, not rolled out from the back of a truck or van. Our meats are Minnesota raised, and processed. We cook and prepare the meals on site. I have personally competed in BBQ completions and have won multiple awards and ribbons and I am always there to answer any questions you may have.

Additional sides at $.99 per person per additional side.

Delivery Charge
Our delivery charge is $2.00 per mile over 10 miles from J.Cousineaus.
Ala Carte Items are delivered at delivery prices. No serving utensils or catering provided on these orders. All orders are delivered in individual covered pans and will need to be reheated unless other arrangements have been made with us.
Ala Carte Items may be picked up at J.Cousineaus without a delivery charge, if serving utensils or chafers are needed a deposit will be required.

Whether you are hosting a small party or for larger events for as many as 2,000 people we have what you need. Feel free to call us direct or come on in to J. Cousineau’s with any questions you may have. What ever you do don't get your BBQ anywhere else but from Smokin’ Bones.

Smokin Bones also can fulfill your alcohol needs with full bars, wines, and draft beers. Pig Roasts
We also smoke whole hogs, lambs and goats.
There are a couple of ways we can do this. You and I set up a time 2-3 days before your event and head to the farm where you can pick out your hog. Then stop by the local pub have a dram of ale and go over any last minute details, or questions you may have. Or I go by myself and take care of that for you.
The price for smokin a whole animal is $3.50 per pound. I try to keep them under 100 pounds, any more they tend to be tougher.
