Crisp lettuce, tomato, red onion, cheese and homemade croutons. A side of Texas garlic toast and choice of dressing.

Caesar	$6.95
Fresh romaine lettuce tossed in a creamy Caesar dressing with parmesan cheese, egg and sprinkled with homemade croutons served with Texas garlic toast. Add a portabella mushroom, grilled chicken or Cajun chicken breast $8.95

A bed of crisp lettuce piled high with sliced ham, turkey, egg and cheese. Choice of dressing and a side of Texas garlic toast.

Honey-Mustard Chicken Salad	$8.75
Mixed greens with cashews, tomato, black olives, red onions and topped with a charbroiled chicken breast. Honey-mustard dressing is served on the side with Texas garlic toast.
